May I help you?
With your relationships:
Any relationship you are currently in, wish to be in, or have been in.
With a partner, family member, friend, coworker, supervisor, or anyone in your life.
To discover ways to resolve conflict, reconnect, nurture, and repair your relationships.
Trust can be rebuilt.
Yes, relationships can be repaired, people reconciled with one another—healed, freeing both to move forward together, growing the relationship and enjoying it once again.
Through the words you use.
Words you choose not to use.
Actions you take.
Actions you choose not to take.
Do I tell the person I’m in a relationship with what’s not working? What are the benefits? The consequences?
Is there one way—or many ways—I can do this?
How do I choose? Do I choose with only myself in mind? Only the other person in mind? Or both of us?
Do I share why I’ve chosen the approach I have?
What can happen after I share? And how will I respond regardless of the response I receive?
Do I become the defender of my position?
Do I become the supporter and advocate for the other person’s thoughts and feelings, especially if they differ from mine? And if so, do I lose myself? My own right to be an equal partner?
Or is there another way? A way in which both people succeed? A way that helps them find their way back to one another.
Relationships, especially your relationships, are everything to you. They are the reason you wake every day either happy or sad and end the day satisfied—or yearning for something different.
Our relationships are the reason we do or do not thrive throughout our lives.
The choices we make throughout our lives about how we spend time with others significantly add to—or prevent—our ability to enjoy life.
Learning how to nurture and sustain mutually satisfying and respectful relationships is how happiness and fulfillment are attained.

Coaching helps relationships blossom and remain vibrant.
When you fall in love, you are willing to step out of your own way of seeing and being in the world with the goal of helping the other person become all they can be. Skills to help you continue to nurture and sustain the love you have despite facing the challenges you will face throughout your years together can be learned. And there is no excuse not to learn what will ensure the love you felt at that first moment never disappears.
You both owe it to yourselves.
You deserve to succeed.
You deserve to find your way back to the moment you both committed yourselves to each other.
What help?
Not prescribed “how-to’s.”
Not one-size-fits-all programs.
Instead, help that involves learning and practicing “how-to’s” with only you in mind.
You first decide if I may help you.
Then you talk to me.
Talk to me about what you want.
What you want more of.
What you no longer want and wish to leave behind.
What you wish you could do differently.
What you need most from your relationships.
From life.
Then we collaborate, resulting in designing a plan—your way.
You decide on the distance you want to cover and how quickly you want to take the steps we’ve created to help you reach your goals.
If you are local to me, you choose how you wish to communicate with me and the environment where you’re most comfortable. We can meet at a coffee shop, restaurant, museum, library, or online.
And if you want to bring your dog or cat and they won’t let us inside, we’ll sit, stand, or walk outside.
Choosing to learn and practice the “how-to’s” that shape, sculpt, and refine your relationships helps you create relationships that are happy and fulfilling.
My question for you is:
May I help you?
Not:
How can I help you?
After helping people for over three decades learn and develop the skills that enabled them to live happier and more fulfilling lives,
I can help you.
You decide.
May I help you?
